The battery indicator is BatteryBar Pro, using my Windows 10 flat theme, and the wifi indicator is Lenovo's Access Connections indicator (The latest version doesnt work with Windows 10 but the one before this does for some strange reason). It was a massive step toward the flat design and the first icon pack for Icons8.
Red icons on toolbar are Lenovo apps and not part of the set (Windows 10 running on Lenovo T420) Ive done the icons with transparent backgrounds so you can choose whatever colour you want for the background using this method.
